Sometimes the right place for therapy isn't a clinical room in a busy city. Sometimes it's somewhere quiet, comfortable, and a little bit human.
I see clients from a small, private office at my home in Balcombe — a peaceful village in the heart of West Sussex. It's a calm, domestic setting, and yes, you may occasionally have to share the space with a cocker spaniel. Most people find that helps.
Getting here is easier than you think
Balcombe is well connected — it's on the Brighton mainline, so you can get here directly by train, and there's easy parking if you're driving. For people coming from Haywards Heath, Crawley, Horsham or the surrounding villages, it's typically a ten minute drive with none of the hassle of finding somewhere to park in town.
Who comes to see me in West Sussex?
People who are juggling a lot. Parents trying to hold everything together. People working from home who find the boundaries between work, family and self have quietly dissolved. People navigating the complexity of family dynamics, relationships, and the pressure of wearing too many hats at once.
If you're keeping it all going on the outside but finding it harder and harder on the inside — that's exactly who I'm here for.
Not sure if it's worth the drive?
