Couples Counselling is a broad term and has a different meaning depending on who you talk to.  I see couples counselling as a place where you can learn more about yourself and each other, understand where you've come from, what you’ve both experienced, and how that has affected your relationship.

There isn’t an agenda or vested interest in what you both decide to do, it’s a place where you both try to hear what the other person is going through and the change that you’re both hoping to achieve.

What is Couples Counselling

A little bit about me

I’m Elina and I’ve been in a relationship since 2001. I’m married and have 2 children. I am a qualified and accredited couple counsellor and have been practicing as a counsellor since 2015. In addition to my private practice, I also work for the NHS in a Primary Care setting.

What are the fees?

Counselling is typically done once a week and I charge from £80 for a 50-minute therapy session.

I appreciate starting therapy can be daunting and costly, this is why I offer a Free 20-minute appointment.

I see people in West Sussex

Within easy reach of Balcombe, Haywards Heath, Crawley and Horsham.

For people that live further afield or that need to work remotely, I also offer video counselling.
